At UPGRADE Academy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality digital access and downloadable materials. Due to the nature of our programs, including courses and masterclasses, these offerings are generally non-refundable.

We are committed to supporting our students within the UPGRADE community. To help you succeed, we provide personal assistance for a period of 12 months from your date of purchase, enabling you to effectively implement the lessons you've learned.

Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions, provided substantial proof is submitted:

No Results Achieved: Despite consistent implementation of the course material for 60 days, you have not obtained any measurable results.

Access Issues: You were unable to access the course content.

If these conditions are met, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Mutual Understanding

When enrolling in UPGRADE Academy programs, it is understood that:

You joined voluntarily and with full awareness of the effort required to achieve results.

The implementation of course materials is your responsibility.

However, we are here to provide guidance and address setbacks, as long as they pertain to the content of our curriculum.

Subscription Cancellation

Your subscription may be terminated without a refund in the following circumstances:

Fraudulent Activities: This includes, but is not limited to, copying course content, sharing login details with others, or reselling our programs.

Verbal Disrespect: Any inappropriate communication directed at UPGRADE Team Members or Community Members.

Inappropriate Behavior: Activities deemed unprofessional by the UPGRADE Team, such as unsolicited and inappropriate messages.
